Email bookwinn@gmail.comFrequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Core reading, notes, and highlights can be used without an account. Signing in lets you explicitly create and restore an encrypted account backup.
Why can't the App connect?
Check your internet connection and try again. Installed Bible translations and full-text search remain available offline, while AI guidance, account backup, Bible-package downloads, and ads require a connection.
How do I change the App language or Bible translation?
Open Profile → Language to change the interface language. Bible translations are managed separately: open the Bible source selector to download, switch, or remove available packages without changing the App language.
How are ads used?
All features remain free. Ads may appear in suitable discovery areas or at natural completion points, but not while reading Scripture, writing prayers, taking memory tests, or listening to audio. Optional rewarded ads never lock essential features.
Can I change the text or audio settings?
Yes. Reading settings include text size and line spacing. Audio settings may include voice and playback rate depending on the voices installed on your device.
Where are my notes and highlights?
Open Profile and choose the relevant saved-content section. Before changing devices, sign in and create a fresh encrypted backup, then restore it on the new device.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on our account deletion page. Deleting the App from your phone does not by itself delete a cloud account.
How do I report a Bible text or attribution issue?
Email the exact book, chapter, verse, translation label, and a screenshot if possible. We will check the pinned, licensed source package rather than editing Scripture with generated text.
Safety
The App does not provide crisis, medical, or mental-health care. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For professional support, contact a qualified health professional or an appropriate crisis service in your country.
